To start Sea Of Green, step down to the right off the Bird's Nest ledge. Climb to the right of the long-needled pine past 2 bolts. A few gear placements (cams 1/4"-5/8")in the crack, lead to the remaining bolted face above. Fun climb!

Start up behind the long-needled pine on the right side of the Bird's Nest. Climb steep cracks (2-3 gear placements) up to the bolted crux through the large, dramatic roof (5.11b). Continue past 11 more bolts (5.10) to the 2-bolt chained anchor. This is the Gem up on the Bird's Nest! Clean, compact, glacially polished granite!

Start just right of the 2-bolt anchor on the Bird's Nest ledge. Climb past 5 bolts out the left side of the large roof (crux). Step right into the long, left-facing dihedral at 5.8+. 1 more bolt connects to the crack up and right to find the 2-bolt anchor. You can avoid the 11c roof by starting up

Raspberry Jam

and working rightward into the Shaft of Light dihedral. This makes for a long 5.9 pitch with only 2 bolts.

This is the leftmost route off of the Bird's Nest ledge. Start up the moderate, ramping corner and climb obvious cracks(5.9) up into the "squeeze box" slot above. Above the slot, the crack becomes thin and challenging (10b-thin cams recommended). Climb straight up the left-facing corner up to a ledge, and then clip 1 bolt (5.9+) to finish the face moves before finding the 2-bolt anchor. There is an old fixed pin out to the left near the top of this pitch leading toward moderate terrain.... Some "Old Dad" had definitely been up the "squeeze box" before? We pushed the route up and right with the 1-bolt finish....

. Also climb the "moderate, ramping corner" and step up and right into a faint, thin crack for 25'. Work out the roof above to find the 1st of 3 bolts (crux section). Trending up, and leftward on good, thin gear placements lead to another steep bolted section. Mantel up into the corner above and find the 2-bolt anchor out right.
