On the back side of the boulder, there’s a steep cave. Starting with your hands on the rail and a heel out left going straight up is my line. EZ Harrison did a right variation which started off of low right foot an inch off the ground. The far left arete I did at V6 called Reluctant Dragon. I did both back in the Spring of 2010.

, head up the arete. This is not the best but is a fun, steep problem with a tad spicy of a fall.

Climb the center of the west face to the top. The idea is to swing/dyno to the top with your RH on the broken pebble. This problem has hurt some people and scared the crap out of others.

On the right side of the boulder there is a steep face.  You can start this problem with the two chalked holds there, but I recommend a sit start for a greater challenge.  Continue up these holds until you get to the pebble near the top, then top out.

A few feet right of the southwest corner, climb straight up good holds to the top. This also serves as the descent.

On the aptly named Southwest Corner of the pinnacle there is a vertical arete with pretty nice holds.  Once you get past the overhang in the middle, it is pretty easy going.  Make sure to watch the topout as it gets kind of high.

Stand start on the left side of the west (main) face. Climb straight up using a bulge and cracks joining the

to finish high left.

SDS start on the climber's left of the boulder, traverse right, and top out after rounding the corner on V0 south face. This is super fun and infrequently climbed while the hoards clusters at 1st overhang, but it's almost as good.

8a.nu grades

There's also at least three different ways to start this climb and move to the "heel jug". It is worth a session to play around on the variations.

This is a fairly difficult traverse that travels across the overhang on the bottom of the pinnacle.  It is a good route to play around on, but there are better traverses in Flag.

This is a SDS to the

Northwest Finger Crack

. It is fingery and a bit crunched at the base of the northwest corner of the boulder. Climb straight up using a bulge and finger cracks to join the

Standard Route

finishing high left.

Start on the center of the face on holds about chest height. Slide left halfway up and finish on jugs. Impure, but a brilliant 22 feet of fun.
