Annie Up (5.9) variation

Start with fun moves up a huge flake/crack.  The one-move crux comes about halfway up, making a long-ish move off a left-hand sidepull to the titular "jugular" hold.  Very fun.

Climb a pocketed face about five feet to the right of a tree.  The initial moves are a little tough, but the climbing eases past the first bolt.  Continue past two more bolts on solid holds to the anchors.

Start just left side of large oak tree.  Start is crux to first bolt.

Use pockets low down, less positive holds higher up. Routes on this wall are not climbed much, so holds are rough.

Start on ground below chest-high overhang and right of first bolt. Crux is getting off the ground and feet onto the face (scrunch into a frog and ribbet). Several more hard moves on the face, clip second bolt and climb much easier moves to anchor. Some say 11a. 

  5.8 'Antonian' variation: start on boulder left of first bolt. Runout - be confident at the grade.

good holds on a slightly negative face. Great warm up for the area.

Shares start with Jugular, but then you angle left towards first bolt. It's a short 2 clip climb that remains in the tan shallow bowl to the overhang.

Route starts on large handle bar feature. Goes up and left from here. Runout to anchors. Don't let the safety rating deter you from trying this if you're confident at this grade. The climb is a great mental trainer for runout climbing.

Two arguably different routes share the same bolt line: 

  Left Fry - 5.10b: Stay left of bolt line on crimps, pull the mini bulge near the top for the crux. 

  Right Fry - 5.10a: Stay right of bolt line on crimps and jugs

Starts in golden overhung area right of "Waste of Bolts." First bolt is rather high, consider stick clipping. Crux is moving past this bolt. Crimp slab climbing after to anchors.

Crux is getting on the route.  Shortest route on the Hand Beyond Wall and most likely all of Reimer's.

Start on two rounded holds. Pulling the lip is the crux. Fun route.

Short, easy climb with harder variations possible.  The bottom half is easy and straight forward with large pockets and solid moves.  Above the second bolt, climb the flake up and left, and then step right to the anchors to keep the climb at 5.6.  A 5.9-ish variation climbs straight to the anchors from the second bolt.  The climbing is much thinner, and there are good holds around the anchors, but they are a little reachy.

Taller climbers can reach up and clip the first bolt while standing on the boulder. Medium- and large-sized holds up the slightly overhanging face.  Difficulty seems consistent all the way up.

This route zig-zags. Zig left from the inside corner, clip first bolt, go up to second bolt, zag right and then up. (Going straight up to first bolt provides a slightly harder start). Gets full sun exposure by mid- to late-morning. 

  Location is about 30 left of Power Squat.

Climb the short face to the first bolt and then head up to the right side of the roof.  Pull through the roof using a series of small, off balance side pulls on equally small foot holds (crux).  The trick is to continuously get your feet as high as possible, transfer your weight to the high foot, and then pull up a little more.  Clip the second bolt just above the roof (felt very off balance here) and then continue up the dihedral past one more bolt to the anchors.  The climbing eases significantly above the second bolt.

Shares anchors with Deception Pass, but its the line directly under the roof...pulling roof is crux on nasty sharp 2/3 finger pocket. Tape up.

Same bolts as Hidden Agenda (5.11b) but climb to left of the bolts. Stay off the flake system, if you use flake than you are starting on Annie Up (5.7. Crux is right below anchors.

Climb the gray streak to the right of Annie Up. STAY OFF THE FLAKE SYSTEM the entire time to keep it a 5.9. Gold holds all the way up.

Hand Beyond Wall is the last climbing area on the Dead Cats side of Reimer's Ranch.  Once you pass the T-Roofic Wall and Tit For Tom areas, the wall becomes progressively shorter until it disappears all together.  All of the routes are short -- typically three bolts on the side closer to Tit For Tom and two bolts farther to the left.  Almost all of the climbs are in the 5.9 to 5.11 range.  Typically not as crowded as other areas at Reimers.
