Starting at small prow of rock below right of prominent flake pull on with a high hand. The route goes right up the stripe of lighter color rock between the routes on either side. A little sideways movement on this route unlocks sequences through the continuously sporty moves separated by some decent holds to catch your breath.

People Under the Stairs

One of two fully bolted route at The Land of Overhangs. Climb up past 2 bolts and gain a jug on the roof at the third bolt. Make the crux moves over the roof to gain the 4th bolt. Continue up to rap anchors. Nice rock and great moves.

Start on a horizontal shelf-like thing and make a big move up to another horizontal shelf. From here up, follow the natural weakness that accepts decent gear. Merge onto Left Arete of slab/ Fools Gold, go up and finish as desired (left, middle, straight, all 5.9ish). This whole section is pretty sustained at 5.9 and the steep nature inflicts a pump.

Get up to short prow below texas flake, move up and go up left side of flake. At top of short corner make a thought provoking step right on a knob and mantle onto ledge. Climb up and slightly right to top out left of hole in the roof anchors. There's probably 3-4 sequences in the route at the grade, with a couple rests too.

This boulder is located at the base of The Land of Overhangs. The route is on the back of the boulder. Its the obvious crimp line on the right side. Sit start on the lowest rail and work up to the lip. This route does not top out yet (really dirty).

The moves up the bottom are a little tough, but finding the best holds helps a lot. Basically move straight up the crack/shallow corner system over here and when the crack runs out make some moves directly up the face to merge with the rounded arete on the right. Follow the arete to the horizontal crack right below the last headwall. From here follow the arete basically straight over the top.

This climb starts just around the corner of the left end of the slab. It starts up an easy blocky section to a ledge. Continue up an easy groove to the obvious fist size hole in the top of the roof. Pull the roof and make a few crux moves through horizontals to bolt hangers.

About 15 feet left of People Under the Stairs is a lone  bolt. This marks the start of the route. Climb up past the bolt and make moves up to a ledge placing gear. Clip a fixed draw out on the lip of the big roof overhead. Extend your arm way out over the roof to gain a flake and pull the roof. Continue up flakes placing gear on easier climbing to a tree anchor.

Start at the same bolt as Go-Go Gadget Arm. Climb straight up to the same ledge placing gear. Break left instead of pulling the gadget roof to a crack on top of a smaller roof. Follow the crack right and finish at the same tree anchor as Go-Go Gadget Arm.

This is the route 20 ft left of Master Exploder. It starts up left leaning ramp to the short butt-crack. Place gear in a horizontal before working up a couple moves on a short slab under a roof to gain a bolt. Pull over the roof (crux) climbing past another bolt on knobs and crimps to a tree anchor at a small pine.

The Land of Overhangs gets its name from almost all the routes are overhung. You will find some of the hardest routes here.
